Our Story
NETCAST grew out of necessity. When New England's theatre community lost its primary casting infrastructure, a group of theatre professionals saw an opportunity to build something new — designed around how modern casting actually works.
This isn't a replacement for what came before. It's a tool built by people who've been on both sides of the casting table, for a community ready to rebuild and reconnect.
When production companies and performers have reliable channels for communication and collaboration, the whole community benefits. Theatres can take creative risks with confidence in the talent pool. Actors can incorporate auditioning into their daily lives without the uncertainty. New talent has incentive to come work here — or stay after graduating.
