For Production Companies

Click "Get Started" and select "Theater/Production Company" during sign-up. You'll need to provide your organization's name and basic information. Our team will verify your organization to ensure the platform remains professional and trustworthy.

NETCAST is submission-based — you post casting notices with Breakdowns, and actors submit for specific roles. This keeps everything organized per production and ensures you're reviewing candidates who are actively interested in your opportunities.

When you close a production, submission materials for that production are cleared from your access. This keeps your workspace clean for the next season and ensures actors' materials are only accessible while actively being considered.

From your Theater Profile page, you can invite colleagues via email or shareable invite codes. You can assign different permission levels to control who can view submissions, send callbacks, or manage productions.

Yes. New production companies go through a verification process before they can post casting notices. This helps maintain trust in the platform and ensures a professional environment for everyone.

For Actors

Yes, completely free. There are no premium tiers, no pay-to-play features, and nothing that affects your visibility or casting outcomes based on payment. Every actor gets equal access to all opportunities.

Only you can see your full profile. When you submit for a role, the production company only sees the specific materials you include in that submission. Your materials remain private until you explicitly share them.

The production company can view your submission while the production is actively casting. Once the production is closed, they no longer have access to your materials. You retain your materials in your account and can reuse them for future submissions.

Yes. The system automatically notifies you when your submission status changes, and when productions close, any open submissions receive closure notifications. You'll always know where you stand.

When a production offers time slots, you can browse available dates and times and book one that works for your schedule. You'll receive confirmation with all the details you need for your audition.

Production companies subscribe to access the platform's casting tools and workflow features. Actors use the platform for free — we believe performers shouldn't have to pay to be considered for work.

Technical & Account

Head shots: JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats up to 10MB. Résumés: PDF format up to 5MB. We recommend high-quality images and clean, readable PDF résumés.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page. This will permanently remove your profile, materials, and submission history from our platform.

Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot password?" to receive a password reset link via email. If you signed up with Google, you'll use Google's authentication instead.
